About the payne foundation
Alvin and Margaret Payne formed this charitable organization in 2016. As a 501c(3) non-profit, The Payne Foundation is established exclusively for charitable purposes that encourage the development, promotion, and support of activities, programs and organizations which improve the health, welfare, & education of our youth.
